Napa 2012 Sign Up

Welcome to the Napa 2012 Sign Up page. The Napa 2012 SQL Excursion will be held May 17th-19th 2012 (you’ll want to arrive the afternoon of the 16th). Here we will collect some information from you and put you on the list. The first 15 people to sign up will be registered automatically, and everyone after that will be placed on a waiting list in case someone cancels. Once the event has filled up this page will be updated to state that sign ups are going to the waiting list.

Once we have received your registration request, we’ll be sending out invoices. Payment is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. If payment isn’t made (or if you haven’t let us know what the delay is) we’ll have to bump you and give your spot to someone on the waiting list. Payment can be made via check (please let me know that you’ve sent it so we know it’s coming) or via by credit card via PayPal.  The cost for the sessions is $799 which covers the two days of sessions, breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the sessions.

Due to wine being served at lunch we do require that all attendees be 21 years of age or older.  By registering for this Excursion you agree that you are 21 years of age or older.

Please keep in mind that while children are of course welcome in Napa, all of our Guest events will include alcohol and require that you be of legal drinking age.

Once payment has been received, we can not offer any refunds for cancellations.  If you need to cancel your registration, registrations are transferable to another attendee.

The rates for the hotel are $189 a night for Wednesday and Thursday, and $289 a night for Friday and Saturday.  These rates are severely discounted off of the normal rates for May in Napa.  If you would like to arrive early or stay later, the hotel is extended the discounted rates for three days in either direction.  To register for this discounted rate you can call 1-800-EMBASSY and use the group name “SQL Excursions” (I would recommend spelling out “SQL”) or use the hotel’s website using “SQE” as the “Group/Convention Code”.  Pre-payment of the hotel rooms is not required when you reserve your suite.
